CryptoSlate wMarket Update: TRON leads top 10 in otherwise flat market

Since the last wMarket report on Friday, the cryptocurrency market saw net outflows of $0.43 billion and currently stands at $1.12 trillion — down 0.04% from $1.12 trillion.

Since May 19, the Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) market caps fell 0.01% and 0.5% to $520.14 billion and $218.57 billion, respectively.

The top 10 crypto assets recorded a mixed performance over the last 24 hours, with TRON leading the gainers, up 8%. Meanwhile, Solana was the biggest loser, down 1.9%.

The market cap of Tether (USDT) grew to $82.93 billion. In contrast, USD Coin (USDC) and Binance USD (BUSD) fell to $29.53 billion and $5.50 billion, respectively.

Bitcoin

In the last 24 hours, Bitcoin fell 0.7% to trade at $26,825 as of 07:00 ET. Its market dominance stayed flat at 46.3%.

Since last Friday, BTC saw a peak price of $27,280 before trending down to find a local bottom at $26,560 late Sunday evening. The largest cryptocurrency then recorded a muted recovery, with $26,920 proving strong resistance, leading to a flat print.

Ethereum

In the last 24 hours, Ethereum increased 0.2% to trade at $1,817 as of 07:00 ET. Its market dominance stayed flat at 19.4%.

Since last Friday, ETH saw a double top at $1,827 before trending down over the weekend to find support at $1,793 by 22:00 Sunday (ET). A bounce followed that recorded consecutive steps higher to peak at $1,820.

Wrapped TRON

WTRX is the day’s biggest gainer, growing 8.2% over the last 24 hours to $0.07768 as of press time. Its market cap stood at $7.9 billion.

TRON

TRX rose 8% to $0.07780 as of press time. The TRON community expects TRX to be a tradable cryptocurrency when Hong Kong opens digital asset trading to retailer investors on June 1. Its market cap stood at $7.03 billion.

Alchemy Pay

ACH jumped 5.8% to $0.02749 over the last 24 hours. The project is now available on Ontology for fiat-crypto transactions. Its market cap stood at $171.72 million.

JUST

JST grew 3.6% over the last 24 hours to $1.70749 as of press time. Its market cap stood at $215.77 million.

Neo

NEO gained 3.5% to trade at $9.74103 at the time of writing. The project announced the winners of its NeoChat ChatGPT launch competition. Its market cap stood at $687.12 million.

Top 5 Losers

HEX

HEX is the day’s biggest loser falling 24.3% to $0.02670 at the time of press. The project was a top gainer last week due to PulseChain going live. Its market cap stood at $4.63 billion.

Kaspa

KAS dropped 7.7% to trade at $0.01534. Its market cap stood at $286.42 million.

Pepe

PEPE fell 7.2% to $0.00000158 over the reporting period. Its market cap stood at $616.59 million.

Mask Network

MASK lost 6.4% to $4.35055 over the reporting period. Its market cap stood at $348.59 million.

Sui

SUI sunk 6.2% to $1.06155 as of press time. Its market cap stood at $560.79 million.
